Sumario:Immunoglobulin A Vasculitis (IgAV), formerly known as Schölein-Henoch purpura, is a vasculitis that affects small vessels. Characteristic symptoms include palpable purpura and joint, gastrointestinal and renal manifestations. The main morbidity causes are gastrointestinal and renal involvement. The treatment is mostly symptomatic because the course of the disease is usually benign.
