Sumario:After ten years of functioning of the Universal Child Allowance (AUH) in Great Mendoza this study aims to investigate the characteristics of its implementation since the point of view of the recipient and local politician. Additionally, we would like to explore the evaluation and consideration of the education and health mandatory conditionalities request by the policy and its links with gender and local organizations issues.
