This paper tends to explain the role of the increasing modernity process, known as post modernity , in the Welfare State crisis. It also analyses the impact on the political organization as well. Uncertainty is one of the features that caracterizes modern societies which transfer their obligations to expertises losing their power in front of the operators of the new political system. |
