| Sumario: | Globalization and transnationalization, among other phenomena, have stated the state crisis as a way of political organization and the search of alternatives to adapt it. This paper emerges from de historical and cultural conditions that built up the modern state. The state crisis is related to the so called ending of the modernity, too. In this enviroment, our works explains if the state crisis is analized by the national state itself. On the other hand, the crisis can be solved whiting the political framework or it modifies the contents of the Politics itself. Finally, this paper focuses the callenges of globalization and transnationalization which impact on the social organization wich can not be cleared up without the political ocurrence. |
