Sumario:Eosinophilic fasciitis is characterized by scleroderma-like indurations of the extremities and peripheral eosinophilia. Groove sing and loss of hair of forearms and legs. The patient was treated with glucocorticoids and hydroxychloroquine which favourable evolution.
