Europa magazine is a journal edited by Facultad de Filosofía y Letras, Universidad Nacional de Cuyo which has been published annually since 2000. It appeared with the purpose of publishing the investigations carried out by many national and foreign authors working in the study of the European past and present. Europa has an interdisciplinary character and its articles deal with themes from the fields of History, Language and Literature, Philosophy and Art. It publishes new written productions and it is an actual way of transferring scientific contributions.
The contributions appearing in the magazine are evaluated externally by a scientific committee consisting of high-level academicians. The arbitration process is anonymous and it includes the evaluation of two judges from different institutions and universities. In addition to Spanish, the publications can be presented in Portuguese, English, Italian or French. La revista Europa es una publicación bianual que se edita en la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de la Universidad Nacional de Cuyo. Se caracteriza por aceptar contribuciones de acuerdo con un criterio interdisciplinar. Reúne a reconocidos especialistas de universidades y organismos dedicados a la promoción de la ciencia del país y el extranjero que, a través de sus respectivos trabajos, realizan pertinentes aportes al ámbito del pensamiento, las letras, la historia y el arte. Europa divulga producciones escritas originales e inéditas y constituye un medio concreto de transferencia de sus aportes científicos. Pretende contribuir a la difusión de ideas y reflexiones vertidas en tales investigaciones referidas tanto al pasado europeo como a su situación actual. Los artículos que la integran son sometidos a una comisión de evaluadores externos, a doble ciego, integrado por académicos de primer nivel que se renueva, total o parcialmente, en cada volumen. Además del español, los artículos para publicar pueden presentarse en los idiomas modernos de mayor difusión; esto es, inglés, portugués, italiano o francés. |
