Paying special attention to the community senses that the commemorations reactivated, a set of relevant sources from the first sixties considered are examined: political-party publications, national interesting newspapers and general magazines. The review of past time - and the building of a future project - constitutes one of the cardinal dimensions of the identity configuration of every group. Through this mechanism, the problems of the present are related through the group's historical experience. In the period considered, although the ban on Perón was still in force, the governments of Arturo Frondizi and Arturo Illia offered spaces for parties called “Neoperonists” to insert into the political-political system. These attempts had an impact on the way in which the Peronist actors understood their political doing and delineated a desired political community. topics where elections were conceived as caesura with an opprobrious past and others in which the "masses" acquired centrality in those past events take centrality. El artículo analiza las representaciones que algunos actores individuales y organizativos peronistas hicieron de los procesos eleccionarios del 24 de febrero y del 18 de marzo de 1946 y 1962, respectivamente. Con especial atención a los sentidos comunitarios que las conmemoraciones reactivaron, se examina un conjunto de fuentes relevantes de los primeros años sesenta: publicaciones político-partidarias, periódicos de tirada nacional y revistas de interés general. La relectura del tiempo pasado -y la edificación de un proyecto futuro- constituye una de las dimensiones cardinales de la configuración identitaria de todo agrupamiento. Mediante ese mecanismo, los problemas del presente son releídos a través de la experiencia histórica del grupo. En el periodo examinado, si bien la proscripción a Perón se mantenía vigente, los gobiernos de Arturo Frondizi y de Arturo Illia ofrecieron espacios para que partidos “neoperonistas” se insertaran en el sistema político-institucional. Estas tentativas repercutieron en la manera en que los actores peronistas entendieron su quehacer político y delinearon una comunidad política deseada. Adquieren relevancia así tópicos en donde las elecciones fueron entendidas como quiebres con un pasado concebido como oprobioso y otros en los que las “masas” adquirían centralidad en esos eventos pretéritos.
