Sumario:The aim of this paper is to rebuild the transformations on the spectacle field that occurred during 1946-1955. Furthermore, it proposes to reconsider the stars as a mediatiors between government and the people, in the dissemination of a specific vision of the world, consider them as a group of intellectuals of a new kind. This paper use multiple methods and relies on studies on media, cultural, society and politics, with premises from de Cultural Sociology and the Media History. For this study, different spectacle magazines were analyzed, such as Radiolandia, Antena and Sintonía. We also analyzed the correspondence from the Subsecretaría de Informaciones, found on the Archivo General de la Nación. This paper shows that peronism caused a deep heteronomization within the spectacle field. This implies a transformation in the trajectory of success, as well as in the capitals and the resources putted into play. In addition, it demonstrates the different ways in which the stars contributed to the hegemonic construction.
