In order to observe from which places his poetry is read and to provoke meeting points with the category that we call imaginative childhood drawings or figurations, we establish a dialogue with some of the works that critics promote about his poetry; focusing on the articles by Scarano (2015), Martínez Pérsico (2017) and Candel Vila (2019). In short, we are interested in illuminating areas of Luis García Montero's poetics that have not been explored but related to what the last critic has analyzed about it. En el siguiente artículo analizamos poemas de Luis García Montero (Granada, 1958) en los que la infancia se presenta de manera inesperada, una infancia que se dibuja a partir de diversos procedimientos metafóricos y del trabajo específico con la lengua, y que generalmente se presenta desde un desdoblamiento del sujeto adulto que enuncia, integrándose desde la otredad o el distanciamiento. Para observar desde qué lugares se lee su poética y para provocar puntos de encuentro con la categoría que denominamos figuraciones o dibujos imaginativos de infancia, establecemos un diálogo con algunos de los trabajos que la crítica impulsa sobre su poesía; centrándonos en los artículos de Scarano (2015), Martínez Pérsico (2017) y Candel Vila (2019). En síntesis, nos interesa iluminar zonas de la poética de Luis García Montero que no han sido exploradas pero relacionadas con lo que la última crítica ha analizado sobre ella.
