Thereby, by analyzing the way in which John Quidort of Paris and Marsilius of Padua retake the Aristotelian text, which allows the reconstruction of an autonomous scientia civilis, some key concepts are determined that account for the emptying of the original logical-ontological content that they carry out, which is observed at the same time in the Oresmian treatise. Likewise, through the analysis of some specific passages in the works of these two authors, their implicit presence in the Oresmian treatise is analyzed, and how the latter is inserted into other latent discussions of the period. El presente trabajo indaga el modo en que fueron recepcionados los postulados de la ontología política aristotélica del primer libro de Política en dos importantes tratados políticos de la primera mitad del siglo XIV, y cómo estos pueden rastrearse como antecedentes del tratado oresmiano sobre la moneda. De esta manera, analizando el modo en que Juan Quidort de París y Marsilio de Padua retoman el texto aristotélico, lo que permite la reconstrucción de una scientia civilis autónoma, se determinan algunos conceptos claves que dan cuenta del vaciamiento del contenido lógico-ontológico original que llevan a cabo, el cual es observado a su vez en el texto oresmiano. Así mismo, a través del análisis de algunos pasajes específicos de las obras de estos dos autores, se analiza su presencia implícita en el tratado oresmiano, y cómo este último se inserta en otras discusiones latentes del período.
