Sumario: | This essay surveys some postcolonial itineraries in relation to decolonial thinking focusing on the conceptual and political articulation that Frantz Fanon´s work represents for both fields. Two main dimensions are at stake here: On the one side, the discussion about modernity from the locus of coloniality, and, on the other, the political dimension that runs across postcolonial and decolonial readings. Rather than pointing out moments of differentiation, the essay highlights coincidences provided by a set of sources that are close to the early critical writing on colonialism. |
