In this paper, I am interested in inquiring into how this essential element is textualized in the minimum compositions that make up the corpus of microfictions produced in both Patagonias, especially, in the south of Chile, taking into account that the hydric and insular landscape built in the texts does not imply geographic or regional determinism but the projection of a world perception.
