Sumario:The article analyses the concept of ‘collective social action’ as a contribution to the categories of "hermeneutic injustice" and "willful hermeneutic ignorance", affirming the importance of collective participation in the formulation and legitimization of hermeneutic resources of marginalities, particularly of women. As means of providing evidence, we resort to the review of the performance "El violador en tu camino" and of the inadequate application of femicide as criminal definition in the case of Beatriz during 2016 in Ecuador. In conclusion, the hermeneutic vindication requires collective social actions.
