Sumario:To contribute to the environmental crisis-housing-social movements framework analysis, this research focuses on the Intercultural Neighborhood of San Martín de los Andes, Argentina experience cases. Through the characterization and analysis of the neighborhood from its origins as a social movement, to its development during the COVID-19 pandemic, the aim is to deepen the adaptive strategies, both technological and social, that enable its organization. It was found that the proposal of the neighborhood from the exercise of interculturality and sustainability presents a space for multiple reflection to generate alternatives on habitability in the face of climate change.
