Sumario:This reflective essay aims to discuss the relationship between the framework and pedagogical contents of the regulations of the Colombian System of Adolescent Criminal Responsibility [SRPA] as an instrument of subjectivation of criminal public policies for adolescents. To develop the question, I will make a brief summary of the context in which the Colombian adolescent penal system originates, then I will take up the definition of public policies to consider their potential within a penal device in order to relate it to the objective of the pedagogical nature of the penal regulations for adolescents.
