description This article aims to describe the socio-educational trajectories of university students with disabilities, the current legal framework that supports, the inclusive practices that are observed and the barriers that must be faced in this complex process. The fortifying feature of the article is to take into account the speech of students with disabilities, who manifest their perceptions, visions and vicissitudes in this journey. Current educational practices oblige us to rethink the educational trajectories and the relevance they take on in the current pedagogical speech, establishing itself as a reality that can not be ignored, a reality that compromises the State as an enabling agent, guarantor of rights; like all the educational community . The socio-educational trajectories in many cases go through a series of avatars that threaten the completeness and continuity expected by a monochronic and homogenizing system. We must think of the trajectories from the current singularity and heterogeneity, within a complex system where many variables intervene. The National University of San Juan created the disability commission, an advisory body to the rector, to make visible the careers of students with disabilities, minimizing barriers and promoting more inclusive socioeducational practices. What is described in the article is a part of the actors' point of view and the first-person narrative of what it means to be a university student with a disability.

El presente artículo pretende describir las trayectorias socioeducativas de los estudiantes universitarios con discapacidad, el marco legal vigente que las respalda, las prácticas inclusivas que se observan y las barreras que deben afrontar en este complejo proceso. Lo enriquecedor del artículo es haber rescatado el discurso de los estudiantes con discapacidad, quienes manifiestan sus percepciones, visiones y vicisitudes en este recorrido. Las prácticas educativas actuales nos obligan a repensar las trayectorias educativas y la relevancia que cobran en el discurso pedagógico actual, instalándose como una realidad que no puede dejarse de lado, realidad que compromete al Estado como agenteposibilitador, garante de derechos; como a la comunidad educativa toda. Las trayectorias socioeducativas en muchos casos están atravesadas por una serie de avatares que atentan con la completud y continuidad esperada por un sistema monocrónico y homogeneizante. Debemos pensar las trayectorias desde la singularidad y heterogeneidad actual, dentro de un sistema complejo donde intervienen muchas variables. La UNSJ creó la Comisión de Discapacidad, organismo asesor al rector, para viabilizar las trayectorias de estudiantes condiscapacidad, minimizando las barreras y propiciando prácticas socioeducativas más inclusivas. Lo descripto en el artículo es una parte de la mirada de los actores y el relato en primera persona, de lo que significa ser estudiante universitario con discapacidad. Este artigo tem como objetivo descrever as trajetórias socioeducativas de estudantes universitários com deficiências, o atual quadro jurídico que os ampara, as práticas inclusivas observadas e as barreiras que eles devem enfrentar neste complexo processo. O que é enriquecedor no artigo é ter resgatado o discurso dos estudantes com deficiência, que expressam suas percepções, visões e vicissitudes neste percurso. As práticas educativas atuais nos obrigam a repensar as trajetórias educacionais e a relevância que assumem no discurso pedagógico atual, estabelecendo-se como uma realidade que não pode ser ignorada e que compromete o Estado como agente facilitador, garantidor de direitos; bem como toda a comunidade educacional. As trajetórias socioeducativas, em muitos casos, são atravessadas por uma série de vicissitudes que ameaçam a completude e acontinuidade esperadas por um sistema monocromático e homogeneizante. Devemos pensar as trajetórias a partir da singularidade e heterogeneidade atuais, dentro de um sistema complexo em que muitas variáveis intervêm. A UNSJ criou a comissão de Deficiência, órgão de assessoramento do reitor, para viabilizar as trajetórias dos alunos com deficiência, minimizando barreiras e proporcionando práticas socioeducativas mais inclusivas. O que é descrito no artigo faz parte do olhar dos atores, e o relato em primeira pessoa do que significa ser estudante universitário com deficiência.
