Sumario:The education of teachers is the subject that we deal with in our teaching labour and university investigation. In this article we focus on the education of university teachers for secondary school within the analysis of the case of the Faculty of Human Sciences, UNLPam (Santa Rosa headquarters). In particular we focus on the importance of an epistemology of practice that disputes meaning in a curricular matrix that recovers and enhances the practice. In the first section we focus on analyzing the meanings and reasons theorized by authors of critical pedagogies for whom the educational practice is understood as a form of power. In a second section, we justify the research methodology in which this study is carried out. In the third moment, we analyze the reason behind the practice in the teachers who are in charge of the subjects of the Teaching Career in Geography (UNLPam).
