Sumario: | Three letters recently discovered in the Archive of the House-Museum Unamuno in Salamanca confirm Luis Juan Guerrero’s friendship with the Spanish writer and philosopher during his exile in Hendaya. Written between May and July 1927 in different cities of Spain, they give testimony of Guerrero’s meeting with Antonio Machado, the circle of José Ortega y Gasset and other Spanish men of letters, artists and politicians. They also contain his personal impressions on the politico-cultural situation of Spain under the dictatorship of Primo de Rivera. |
