The present article proposes a look at this field through an investigation of the impact of Ulysses, by James Joyce, in the works of Borges, Marechal, Cortázar and Saer, with particular attention toward an assembly of specific characteristics: the use of fragmented sentences, parataxis, free association, unexpected grammatical use, the extension of the present moment, and wordplay. This analysis hopes to contribute to the study of the evolution of Joycean techniques in Argentine and Latin American literature. La experimentación con la técnica del fluir de la conciencia dentro de la producción literaria argentina del siglo XX es un tema que necesita ser estudiado con mayor profundidad. El presente artículo propone un acercamiento al mismo a través del estudio del impacto de Ulysses, de James Joyce, en la obra de Borges, Marechal, Cortázar y Saer, en particular en cuanto un conjunto de características específicas: el uso de frases fragmentadas, la parataxis, la asociación libre, la presencia de estructuras gramáticas inesperadas, la extensión del momento del presente y el juego de palabras. Este breve análisis busca contribuir al estudio de la evolución de las técnicas joyceanas en la Literatura Argentina y Latinoamericana.
