Sumario:Esther Andradi, an Argentinean poet and journalist based in Germany, is a writer of microfiction. This analyzes this fourth genre in relation to the author's interest in observing the "essence of things" in her mother tongue, a desire that is even more forceful when one lives in a foreign language. In other words, is it possible to think that, by privileging short fiction, Andradi is proposing another form of memory that can only resonate, for her, in Spanish?
