Sumario:This article aims to analyze the experiences and practices in the exercise of sexual and (non) reproductive rights of Peruvian migrant women living in the city of Córdoba, Argentina. The central argument of the paper is that the way in which these women perceive and exercise their sexual and (non) reproductive rights is linked to the migration process, due to their experiences in another national health system, their material living conditions and the networks of mutual care. Furthermore, I propose that these experiences and practices are configured in the tension between processes of medicalization of sexuality and (non)reproductive agency. The article employs an ethnographic approach, and is based on the field work carried out between 2019 and 2020, which took place in a municipal public health institution located in a Barrio Alberdi. Observations were made of participants in that institution, and in-depth interviews were conducted with doctors in charge of providing sexual and (non-)reproductive health services, and with Peruvian migrants who had attended the health institution.
