Sumario:The present article seeks to address the processes of flexibilization of the secondary level within the education of young and adult persons in the province of Buenos Aires during the first two decades of the XXI century. With this goal, a study is carried out on the regulations sanctioned by the State from a chronological perspective. The central objective is to be able to recognize what tendencies in terms of said flexibilization were deployed in the modality. The tour carried out makes it possible to see, on the one hand, that these changes were generally aimed at modifying the institutional models of the EDJA to promote re-entry and the completion of the secondary level. On the other, that these variations were developed independently of the changes in government, and even before the approval of the National Education Law. Finally, that the modifications were manifested both in existing traditional offers, as well as in the creation of new proposals with even more accessible formats.
