Sumario:Avulsion is one of the most serious periodontal ligament (PDL ) injury occurs when the tooth is displaced in coronal direction, completely out of its socket, causing the rupture of the neurovascular bundle and periodontal fibers. Clinically the socket is empty or filled with a clot (1). It occurs most often in the upper incisors and in patients between 7 and 9 years old, when the permanent incisors are in the process of eruption, so the root length is reduced and the elasticity of the bone is higher, favoring this eviction of the tooth. Reimplantation is the technique by which the tooth that has exarticulated reinserted inside its socket. A case of girl of six years and six months old, who suffers a drop in bicycle with consequent avulsion of the left central incisor and extrusive luxation of the right maxillary central incisor, both with incomplete root formation .
