Sumario:Gingival recession is the exposure of the radicular surface, with loss of marginal periodontal tissue of variable severity, of one or several teeth, caused by the migration of the marginal gingiva and the insertion epithelium to a more apical level. We present the clinical case of a male patient of 34 years of age who consulted for presenting a recession in the anteroinferior sector. It was decided to perform the surgical technique of pocket with subepithelial connective graft + L-PRF since most of the reported cases showed that the subepithelial connective graft is the “gold standard” for the treatment of radicular coverage. Conclusions The pocket procedure can be the method of choice in cases where only a single recession should be treated. The L-PRF is a natural biomaterial with powerful mechanical and biological properties that stimulate and favor the regeneration of tissues.
