Sumario: | Armando Tejada Gomez' Poetry (1929 - 1992) stands out clearly profiled in the development of Mendocinian writings belonging to the second half (of the twentieth century. It constitutes another aspect of an intersting cultural movement, not exclusively literary, known as the 50's Generation. This paper anatyzes the strengths that played in the intellectual field in the middle of the twentieth century: the popular emergence with colloquialism incorporation and the rhythms assumption of pop music, the "citv" issue, the social concern and the Americanist sense. This new aesthetic has been called roman-tic realism (Freidemherg), existential poetry (César Fernández Moreno, neo humanism (Jase Isaacson). Besides, it presents as prominent feature a greaí interior and exterior freedorn. All these charactenstics are manifested in Tejada Gomez' poetry. To this, it is also added the free management of literary conventions. limits erasure, for example, amoug genres, lyric and drama, or the incorporation of the denominated "popular shapes" into the lyric register wrongly called "learned". Regarding the boasted free meters, they are just a technical consequence of the hackground freedom already mentioned that assumes as poetic object even the triviality of the everyday life. |
