Sumario: | Gregorio Tagle (1772-1845), Pedro José Agrelo (1776-1846) and Manuel Moreno (1781-1857) were lawyers of political, administrative and intellectual relevance in the River Plate territory at the beginning of the 19th century. They were subject of study by José Ingenieros and Alejandro Korn in their respective works about intellectuals in Argentina, at the time of constituting a disciplinary field of philosophy and intellectual history. Both authors had differences in their interpretations on the history of argentine intellectuals, which are evident in the explanations applied to these three lawyers, which must be contextualized. |
