Sumario:The aim of this article is to analyze the temporal variation of the urban expansion of Bahía Blanca (Argentina) and its link with green spaces. So, the changes in the built-up area were determined through the Built-up Index and the vegetation cover through the NDVI, in 1985 and 2020.  Green areas’s database was updated related to size, distribution and accessibility were determined. It was concluded that green spaces did not increase according to urban growth. These are concentrated in the central-north sector and they are generally fragmented among themselves. The creation of a biocorridor is proposed that would revalue vacant land and allow greater connectivity of the green infrastructure.
