| Sumario: | This article investigates the research possibilities of comparatists who wish to link literary phenomena with textile art. The approach goes to interdisciplinary and interdiscursive readings prioritizing a vision of art as acts of communication. A first moment is dedicated to establishing some definitions and to recognizing linguistic aspects that relate textiles to literature. Next, the presence of textile art in literature and then literature in textile art is analyzed. Finally, communication theory is used to recognize or discard the proximity and loans between the two aesthetic phenomena. |
